Pájaro en Mano
D.O. Rías Baixas
Pájaro en Mano is a wine from Appellation of Origin (D.O.) Rías Baixas.
This variety of wine consists of 100% Albariño grapes from vineyards settled on granitic and alluvial soils, that are based in the O Salnés sub-area for more than 20 years. The harvest is collected manually in 20 kgs boxes.
The bottle is transparent to display the wine with a bright straw-like colour.
From a tasting view point, it is complex on the nose, with notes of white fruit that blend with citrus such as lime and green lemon. It is very balanced in the mouth, with hints of citrus fruits.
The finish is fresh and fruity. The perfect wine to accompany salads, fish, and shellfish, or just simply to drink on its own. Perfect for almost every occasion and very fresh.
This wine is recommended to be served at a temperature between 9 and 11 degrees Celsius.
