Capricho de Sousón
D.O. Ribeira Sacra
Capricho de Sousón is one of the ancestral wines from Appellation of Origin (D.O.) Ribeira Sacra.
It is a single-varietal Sousón grape variety.
It is a fresh, vibrant, powerful and elegant, a whim (capricho in Spanish). Born of Pone da Boga winery best plots to express all the personality of a variety that demands centre stage.
From a tasting point of view, it has a red dark and lively with a blue hue. With an excellent structure and intense colouring, in terms of aroma it is notable for its notes of dark berries and flowers of moderate intensity. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant and elegant. An intense wine with marked acidity, robust tannins and a long and lasting finish.
It pairs perfectly with beef and poultry dishes.
We recommend consuming it at a temperature around 15ºC.
